Ah yeahhhh, that's a good write up, thanks for posting! I will shamelessly be lifting some ideas from there!

Default 1919a4 1919a6 shoot

Went to the range today, set up the A4, built by AM ARMS/DELTA, and did the first round headspace check and it worked. Four rounds later it failed to feed. Checked the belt - we ran all the linked rounds through the linker before we left for the range - come to find out we had to back it off another notch and it worked fine. Put 100rds through it and then changed to the A6 configuration. Fired from the shoulder wasn't much different than firing the M1 Garand. Although it's a simple semi- it's great!!

I would be more than happy to built a transport case, like the one in the pics, if you would be willing to pay for the materials and shipping.

Default garand side note

Along with the 1919A6 we sent a few rounds down range in the Garand. We put on the M7 launcher and the "Adapter Grenade Projection M1A2", with a yellow frag. First one we sent out all the way down on the launcher and at a 45 degree angle it went 200 plus yards. Next one we went out at the same angle but only half way down the launcher and it went 100 yds, within 15ft of the target. The grenade rds are of 1943 vintage. Pics to follow, as soon as I can get my sweetheart to set it up.

Happy Wednesday,

CR

Default Range case - M1 grenade launch

I seem to have lost my earlier post of the range day, firing the grenade, so here are the pics, in no particular order. The launch, one happy girl when the Tannerite went off, etc.
