Default 220mm BB Mortar Project

Well heres the start of it. Just got the tube saw cut and the tube looks practically new (thanks to Kali for scoring this one from one of his work buddies). Should be a fun little project to play with. Now I need some ideas for the base, ball and tripod setup. I've seen some guys use 81mm bipods and some guys just built there own which I might do to save some $$$. Anyways heres a few pics of the tube.

BB tube next to 60mm bp tube

A nice saw cut which took about 6' inches off the top.

Ahh yes Ben I remember those all too well.I still cant believe how far those bowling balls were traveling. I think Jan was dumping a whole can of powder in there. Great pics and thanks for posting those I like how that one tripod is done in the lower pic. Will have to throw something together this coming week.
