Cradle ID and Value?

Can anyone ID this cradle mount and what it may be worth?

That looks like a Mk64 cradle but it's missing a bit... Was probably used with the MK19 40mm grenade launcher... but it looks like it's missing a bit... Looks like it's in a Navel gray too... Value don't really know wouldn't want to hazard a guess...

I don't think it's aMk64, I have one of those. Looks different than that. I don't know what it is though?
