then my 80 yr old uncle got a couple of turns on it.
one of you gurus will hve to tell me if the hb is quicker or slower than the regular config in the M3.... all i can say is its fuckin fast!!!

I think with that MOAT on there its really approaching M3 speed... Seems like the m2hb's running full auto are a little more sluggish... At least the ones I heard...
Nice I like the embedded video there 1919_4_ME... :pat:

I said approaching.... not as fast... the M3 runs from what my ears can hear in between a mg34 and mg42 cyclic speeds... If I had a chance to build a 50 I'd go M3 all the way...

I would say its about 300 RPM away from the M3?For fun click on both vids at the same time. :coffee:

mines m3 regular....except for the spade grips
the m3 is supposed to be 1100 rnds a minute
the m2hb is supposed to be about 650 from what i hear
so the m3 in semi w/ MOAT is rumored to be over 900 if you could time it for a long burst. i havent had the set up to do this with yet, but bet that if i get the time with heck in ohio on the farm that he can time it while i run a belt thru and divide it out...
when i talked to Ryland Fleet about it he said you could get real close to 1k out of a good M3 with his MOAT if you could afford it.
any way it goes, its faster than a muzzleloader. :wow:

Hmmm 300 rpm.... I've heard all sorts of RPM rates out of the big 50 corner I've heard Heavy barreled M2's that you could pull the trigger faster than they cycle...
