Gee... I don't know if they aren't two much and you only need half as much in the deal 1919_4_ME I'll take the other half if they are so well priced... I don't have any .308 izzy links only M1 links...

rguns.net has them
1k for 65.oo
2K or more for 60.oo per K
shipping is 10.oo flat
the first set i got was great, all nice black and new
the second set i got later was kinda screwed, covered in some white powder, alot of the parkerize was gone
maybe their getting to the bottom of the bucket and only got the not so great stuff left.

I get crappy links like that sometimes...I just soak em in the mineral spirits tank, lay them out on rags to dry, then spray the crap outa them with WD40 and let em soak. Roll em around on shop rags again to get rid of the oil, and have at it.

yeah, thats pretty much what i did - just in a different method. There doesnt seem to be anything wrong with them, i did run them thru fine last time out. I was a bit worried though becuase when i loaded them it took more pressure to seat, seemed to be alot tighter and more friction. The first set i got was beautiful, rounds slid into them like they were coated in KY.
