First this you want to is get your Sokolov tripod out in an open space.Go ahead and pull the front bolt assembly out.

Due to the high recoil of the M2 .50cal it is recommended that you use the (optional) wheel chocks with your Sokolov Tripod.

Now you can check your adapter to make sure it moves freely on the Sokolov tripod. Also makes sure the front pintle bolt is tight and your T&E moves the adapter up and down.

Slide the supplied bolt through the front pintle.Dont tighten yet until the reap pin is through. This will make it easier to slide through.

I dont know guys - that flat black adapter looks pretty F'in sweet, might just have to re-shoot my m2a4 and m2 pod.

the funny part is ace hardware thought i was a tagger with all the spray paint i buy - until they asked me "what are you doing with all this odd stuff you keep buying?" so i told them - u shoulda seen the mouths drop on all them chicks :raunchy: shake it baby :woohoo:

Just make sure you stroll around town in your BFS T-shirt too nothin' like shock value...

I like Slicks OD green spray job but the down fall to spray paint is that hot oil eats it right off...

Thanks - but I just left on the orginal "alkalyd" green paint intact and scuffed it with a scotch-brite. Then I over-shot it with the Krylon OD green camo paint - that perfectly match's everything else I have... :bounce:
