Been working on a new generation M2 Tripod adapter for awhile now and finally have something that is going to work great.
There are a few key things that this adapter incorporates.This adapter raises the 1919 up another 8' inches to where you can sit behind it a fire it comfortably without having to lay on the ground which no one likes to do unless you are in a machine gun nest getting fired upon,lol.
The second is this adapter features a compact design.This one one of the biggest things that most shooters want especially if you have a small car and dont have a lot of room to store it.
The third thing is the ammo can baskets are only 3' inches long now and feature a quick release pin system to where you put your ammo can in the small basket and run the pin through the ammo can attachment point.
This will allow you to have the option of running cloth belts to where you dont need an ammo can or longer basket hanging in the way.In my opinion it gives it a little cleaner look.
The fourth feature is you can see right underneath the trigger assembly there is a bar that goes straight down.This works as a handle for your other hand that is not being used for the trigger.It makes it easer to control your 1919 when firing it and allows you to treverse back and fourth easier.
The last thing is I wanted something to where you can lock down the treverse so this adapter utilizes where the original T&E locks onto.This new adapter accepts all USGI T&E's and my custom T&E.The front of the adapter plugs right into any USGI Pintle or custom made pintle such as the Karma made pintles.
All in all the design is very compact is super stable.It takes a little more time to make but I'm pretty confident you will like becuase of its portability.These will be up for sale soon and I will offer them in the RAW now cause I know some of you guys will be able to fit them in your park tanks now. :headbang:

Has a built in brass deflector to keep your brass from hitting your tripod head.Deflects them out to the right instead.
