Rich Dans the resident M14 Doctor , but i have been around them and have owned 6 in my lifetime.
I dont want to start a flame war but the guys i know that have one love them ,and i agree with them when they say they are what a SA M1a should be, but are not.

Some receivers on them were from Berreta , and they were always consiterd a good platform to build off of.
That is a good price ,some guys bought them in order to avoid the SA trash and only use the best of what they could get.
SA is having a hard time right now about that OP rod coming out of that receiver on that one rifle ,if it had been a lefty it would have killed him.

M14 .com is the Purist , you need to talk to Dan he really knows his shit on these ,or go look over there , LRB is the top dog ,even better than Fulton because they have better customer service.
I know you need to watch two things ,the rear sights may need the windage plate replaced ,and get rid of that Chicom op rod ,M14 guys say that all the time.
1200 is a steal dude ,but ask Dan.

Oh and they have filled in the FA notch in the stock ,A NO NO , if you want the M14 stock get a dummy selector from Fulton ,they look really good.

Armscorps are okay receivers, head and shoulders above the SA inc krap.
They still need some work to be fully correct but if its already built and shot then it might be okay already. Armscorp receivers is what Fulton uses to build their guns but with the death of the owner of Armscorp I don't think they are making them anymore, wonder where fultons going to get their receivers now.

BTW, the parts are probably mostly GI, don't think there is any chink shit on that rifle but it may have some crappy SA inc cast parts.

1200 bones is seems high, considering you can get the LRB for just a couple hundred more is you catch the guy on a good day:green:

But if your in no hurry you can get a norinco or polytech for about 700 bucks if you shop around and time it right. (I would buy one of the chink guns before I bought a SA inc gun for sure).

I told ya man ,Dans the man !!!
Dan i didn't know Armscorps used Fulton??????
So,,,what you are telling me is that ,,,,LRB is the last of the Faithful ?????

I have heard that Fulton is farming out parts ??? here we go again.

Dan that is why i listened to you way back when ,because you were one of the few that were saying what a total, POS ,,,hello,,,,,POS ,the M1a was !!!!
Learning that mistake cost me big bucks.

Say Rich ,you know if you had a good friend in Canada ,,, you could get some real nice cookies .. You can go see them and they have neat stuff like Cigars and really good Booze. But the Cookies rock.
I like the oatmeal ones they make myself , but those guys do drink to much Beer
sometimes and fuck up.
Like my friend in Russia ,don't even eat that hard candy his old lady makes !!!!
That shit sucks , but man she makes some real nice quilts .

Yep, outside of LRB the ONLY hammer forged M-14 receivers made are the Polytech and Norinco M-14's. But thanks to some fucking bozo president (Think it was klintoon) banned them from coming in because he felt like spanking them.

Really sucks when you go to Marstars web page and see brand new Poly's selling for 350 canuk:shock:

M14 guys say that the days of seeing how cheap you can make one of these are gone.
There comes a point where you just have got to make the steel harder than you want to spend the time on.

Any M14 is bringing big bucks these days , Used Socoms are all over the place ,i don't know if it is because of quality or something else.
