What a thing of beauty....as long as it runs in semi correctly
very cool... do they make this for my regular ar lower?
yes they do. but they are a pain in the ass. to get them to run in FA is next to a miracle. in semy they run bat are a lot of tinkering. i had one for about a year and sold it because i bought the mini 1919 kit. now that is at a friends house getting the once over. maybe he can get it to work.

I was going to buy one of these awhile back but have heard too many stories about them not running right out of the box. Some guys have finally gotten all the bugs worked out of them and they run flawless now but they said it took a few years of tinkering.:shock1: I mostly wanted one for the cool 22 beltfed factor and still might get one if I can find one really really cheap. Oh I got to shoot one of this Vindicators Beltfed 22's and it ran flawlessy. Looks bitchen too!

Yeah, those vindicators really look sweet but they cost a couple of bones for sure.

Those look like a lot of fun...but for the money I'd want something that worked right out of the box.

I wonder what impact BRP's recent ATF letter regarding their XMG34 upper will have on this, and on the Shrike's that are starting to make it onto the market? Is it going to become a post-86 sample if put on a 16 lower? Bill

How would that even work... If I'm getting what your saying in short they are saying that any upper that is placed on a NFA registered lower will have to be registered under the NFA as well... Then thats going to create all sorts of messes what about the guys that have registed FA internals for the M2 carbines M16 etc...
I still don't know why no home builder has not stepped up to the challenge to build a beltfed .22 upper that can be built at home...:dissapprove:

Apparently, based on the ATF letter copied on BRP's site, BATFuck has decided that the XMG34 is just a nongun upper if you put it on an AR15, but if you put it on a M16 or on an AR15 with a DIAS then the XMG34 upper becomes a post-86 dealer sample machine gun that must be form 2'd by an SOT mfg. Another totally illogical mind numbing opinion by ATF.

Thats... horse shit... and yeah it does make no sense whatsoever... If they are going to follow that ideology then next they are going to go after the guys that registered the trigger packs etc... That would be the same thing would it not...
