currently legal..... but will be banned under house bill 1022, or whatever.
ATF is currently anticipating a parts kit recall on all rubber bands and affiliated equipment that may be construed as a 'rubber band', including copycats. Size does matter. However if two or more smaller rubber bands may be combined to possibly create the same effect as a 'standard' rubber band then they too shall be confiscated.
