I see barrel x change posted another run on 7.62 x 54r conversion parts for your 1919 does anyone here have it and run with it.

I been thinking about it do to ammo costs but afraid it won't run for shit and for 500.00 plus bucks I would like to hear from someone who's got it and shot it.

thanks

If you like dealing with a great guy Troy is that type of person.

As for the Conversion I got one of the first ones # 2 or 3.

$&^%()&_)(*_)(*_+)(*)(*(*&%%^$^$# ammo is starting to go sky high also!!!

Runs great :)

I have 8000 rounds of 54R and thought it would be good to convert and save the 308 for my M1A's. I am leaning towards 30-06 now since it is reloadable and still affordable. What to do What to do.

You do the only reasonable thing you can when faced with indecision like this, you do both

I have decided to go with the 30-06 conversion. They will never stop shooting that in my lifetime. :50cal:
