this has been said many times so here it is again....
his products are very nice and his workman ship is always good.
but he's still an asshole.

It looks a darn sight better then the FUGLY TNW M240 wanabe.......
I see he used some off the shelf bits..... an Am2 aircraft barrel shroud covered over by an M16 fancy hand guard that you can hang more crap then you could ever use.
A redesigned receiver for the fire control group,
a not very practical ammo box hanger that could cause ejection issues..... Hopefully that part is
patented so no body will copy it.
I'm sure the back yard Rambo's will love it!

That's what I thought too. That TNW thing looks like a bunch of spare parts welded together. This looks better. Wonder what it weighs?

Coulda been in the States playing ping-pong; volleyball...
Plenty of broads... Who the hell needs all this?
Gonna get my knife & get the hell outta here.
Eaaa, lousy equipment! Now I gotta lift up this CANNON;
carry it all the way to the front line someplace.
Damned thing is heavier that Kelsey's burgers!

Yeah,, looks cool, but think about it, these puppies
weigh in at around what?? 40+ lbs,, dry,, add that
box with maybe 100 rds, plus the carry handle,
buttstock, picatinny rail and vertical grip??? WTF,,
I'd like to see the Rambo it would take to hold that
thing up to his shoulder and use that vertical grip,,,
don't forget the laser, and the floodlight.
aw hell, lets see a 37mm flare launcher on there too,,
how about a few chaff launching tubes. :bounce:
I've said it before,, just because you can, doesn't mean you should,,

I'd say that it's nothing more than a "NOVELTY" - else the armed forces would have already modified it.. GO EMERY! (inventor of inventions) :bounce:

I think it's a FrankenGun too, but it looks LOADS better than that TNW POS.
Drunk monkeys with hammers designed THAT one! :cussing:
J.M.Browning would either laugh his ass off, be appalled, or show them the RIGHT way to do it. Neither are better than the 1919A6. My guess, if you HAD to go with the 1919 platform, would be to lighten the A6 as much as possible, maybe through the use of strong alloys, maybe a lighter barrel profile, fluted for cooling, with minimal changes, in 7.62 Nato. But then again, I'm no weapons designer. I'm just a EE.
Hey, Stull, where in Pa are you? I'm down by the MD line.

You don't want in this thing, you don't get in this thing. I cut you out of everything. I don't need you. Five feet of Heavy Ass Gun I can get almost anywhere. Schmuck!

Well... I'm disappointed... Is this what the braintrust can come up with bastardizing an old design...
Seriously we have some great lower platforms out there that should have uppers built for them...
I'd like to see an homebuilt upper for the AR lower or the Fal lower... Anyone think thats possible... We've seen this with the Shrike and John Cieners old AR beltfeds...Some days I wish I just had a mill and a lathe...

definately agree with you on that, with cad and cnc as available as it is I am surprised there is not more new innovative stuff around.

Personally, I'm waiting for the next phase of firearm,, when they get away from the exploding gas process,, I know the talk about the rail or spool guns,, The experimenting with caseless several years back,, but then your back to gas expansion.
Hell, you could use the 1919 platform, maybe use aluminum instead of steel. Beef up the back sections of the side plates so they can take the impact. If your gonna use the 1919, you're gonna have to lighten it up, not throw more off the shelf Heavy steel parts at it. I dare say that with a little work you could come up witth a weld kit for an AR lower and upper,, prefab the trunion and butstock parts so you could use plate for the rest. Its still not new territory though.

Hey Patriot, I'm up here in the mountains around the WB Scranton area, guess that's probably about 3 hours from your local.
