M13 Spare Parts Roll/ M12 Tool Roll

Does anybody have a list of what went in the M13 spare parts roll, and in the M12 tool roll? I figured it was listed in one of the old manuals, but my adobe is acting up, and I can't view the manuals on TOS.

I don't have a clue what manual it is in, but I know I have seen it somewhere. I printed them all out a while back, but I can't find the binder that I put them in. Hell, it may not have even been in a manual, but I know the list was floatin around.
