View Full Version : The Second American Revolution

This is somewhat dated material, but required reading for anyone who has beat me up for my criticisms of gun organizations like NRA. You may like Rick Stanley, you might hate Rick Stanley for being way over the top, but this article appears on his web site and addresses the case of a gun dealer family doing no wrong and committing no crimes accosted and violated by ATF agents and a Government gone mad. I would suggest a careful reading and absorb especially the description of the reaction by NRA, GOA, and other groups to the case against innocent people. Also disgusting but not surprising is the reactions to the victims' 4000 email "call to Action" from all those big talk American "patriots". Essentially, toothless Internet revolutionaries who all run and hide as soon as all the big talk materializes into a real black van full of real armored stormtroopers. A handfull out of thousands helped with a little money, the rest told him to go away.
I am now seeing why the Spirits called me to Colorado. The War to save the Republic is very hot here, even though most media ignores this. I have just understood why I am here.

Just another note: In the case of Ed and Elaine Brown, charged by the Government with 10 years of tax evasion and conspiracy, Ed has now barricaded himself in his fortified New Hampshire home on 110 acres and dared the US Marshalls to come get him. Some people of Constitutionalist and Libertarian spirit are actually showing up to help in the defense of the man against any Government armed attack.
When I mentioned this story to my wife, she said "By the time we get there it'll be over, won't it?" You want someone who recognizes Nazis when they see them, marry a Russian Jew. 20 million dead is one hell of a racial memory.

Von,
Is this international superhiway coming anywhere near your place in Colorado?

The Colorado "Prarie Turnpike" project, wholly funded by Arab investors and contracted to Halliburton and subsidiaries, will plow a 3 mile wide swath north to south just east of the I-25 corridor. It is 210 miles of toll road, rail lines, and commercial development which is funded offshore and will send its profits offshore.

It's intent is a huge bypass of Denver and it's booming suburbs, which are inconveniencing the movement of all those trucks full of cheap Chinese crap which simply MUST reach the superstores on schedule.

The north interchange will hook into I-25 a few miles from my property. It is not clear how far west of I-25 the effects will reach. I am 5 miles west.

It is estimated that 5000 parcels of land will need to be seized under emminent domain in order to build this toll highway for the United Arab Emirates.

Anyone hear Alberto "electrode" Gonzales today testifying in front of Congress, doing his best tap dance and twist? He actually said flat out that in his opinion, there is no guarantee of habeas corpus under the US Constitution, only the guarantee that habeas corpus cannot be taken away, so therefore that right doesn't exist.

He said it, not me.

The level of development around Denver is absolutely spiraling out of control. I'm so far north I'm almost in Wyoming, and I see it up there. When I chose my property, the only thing of any importance was the Rawhide power plant...so big and so out of place out in the middle of the prairie it looks like some odd painting from a sci fi movie. My land is 2 miles west of it, and under 2 miles from the first mountain ridge of the rockies. Well upwind. A year ago, there were many 40 acre plots, but only one 80 acre, and I bought that. Now, there is practically nothing over 10-20 acres to buy, houses are springing up everywhere. In the little town of Wellington a few miles south, housing developments are growing like weeds. Even in my attempt to remove myself from the tangles of civilization, it is apparently chasing me. If that superhiway corridor plugs into the interstate just southeast of me, I may find myself living next door to a teeming hub of service plazas, truck stops, warehouses and related megahiway BS.
The huge concern which has lit up Colorado politics is the blatant trampling of citizens' property rights which is beginning here. It has been a hot topic for years, even inspiring action in the legislature forbidding land grabs under emminent domain. In Colorado, we even have a constitutional right to openly carry sidearms as private citizens, as the gun control nuts have descended here too. Isn't it funny how gun control becomes a hot topic right before some huge controversy involving property rights? Very convenient.
I feel many things coming to a fine point in time. I feel the next 2-4 years will be critical. It is no longer a matter of what our politicians do or say, or what the financial owners of this nation want...the immensely risky gambit to take the world oil market and dominate geopolitics by force has not only failed, it has backfired. We have not yet begun to see the blowback from the failure of the Iraq-Iran-Syria plan..do not think China testing anti-sattelite weapons is insignificant. The US has greedily blundered itself into a position of military weakness, depleted its' resources, overstressed its' military, and worst of all, floated a lot of paper with our enemies. All the Chinese really need to do to crash America now is just dump all of its' dollars, and signs are they may do just that.
Combine that with the re-emergence of old-style Cold War thinking in Russia under ex KGB man Putin, the damage done to Israel by foolishly enacting Plan B (attacking Lebanon to try and draw Iran-Syria to war in that direction)..the fact that China wants Taiwan back...and most dangerous of all believe it or not, the fact that instead of actually fighting a war on terrorists, we have for the most part left terrorists alone while mucking about with this single minded adventure to capture the Persian oil reserves. We have allowed all the major Islamic radical organizations to recover, regroup, strengthen, and have provided them with an ongoing realtime combat training ground against us.
In doing al of this, we have painted ourselves into the nuclear corner. Anyone who decides the Unipolar Moment has come for them..the choice opportunity to knock us off the mountaintop in our weakness...will trigger the last response left to us..the Big Red Button. US conventional military weakness makes a nuclear conflict an almost certain response should something really serious break out.
And it all feels like it's coming to a head. I just don't see all of this just melting away and one day just being OK again. Too much damage has been done to this country and its' Constitution.

The Big Red Button?
As I review the actions of our reps, it occurs to me that, should we be backed into a corner, my guess is.. WE WOULD SURRENDER. The current crop of politicians do not have the balls to pull the trigger.... except against its own citizens. Please prove me wrong. And quite frankly, the communist governments are more appealing to hilbo and the libs. they would fit right in.
The guerilla war may just begin however. :peep:

I don't understand where this Rush Limbaugh crap about Dems being "communists" comes from. Just because someone thinks that the richest nation on Earth, that spends 9 billion dollars a year on dog food, might just have a little left for health care for its' citizens doesn't sound like Communism to me. I suggest a re-reading of the true doctrines of Communism. You won't find much in common with Hillary in Marxism. In spite of the lies and bullshit of Mr Limbaugh.
And what's the problem with people? They were all for Fascism. A little Naziism was just fine as long as the people getting blown up were on the other side of the planet. As long as the naked man chained in the corner of the concrete room is named Ali or Ahmed that's just swell, right?
This Fear of Hillary is really very discouraging.
And really, surrender? To who? The Chinese? Bush already has.
You've really damaged my IQ image of you with that one.

It doesn't make any difference who is in power, they all hate us.

I was referring the the communist government of China.
If china were to attack us, hilleree & friends would roll over & give us up.

I know you were. And you also said that Hilly & friends would fit right in.

Anyone who thinks that this Government would not respond to a direct military attack is just silly. One of the biggest liberals ever was President in WW2. An even bigger liberal went eyeball to eyeball with the Russians over Cuba, Mr Kennedy. In case you missed it, the present Democratic party has more military and combat vets in it than the GOP could hope for. These chest-beating NeoCons are a bunch of college boy richie-richs who never got thier hands dirty once, dodged the draft, and then preach the virtues of war. They make me ill.

Again, just because someone thinks the richest nation on earth might just be able to afford keeping its own people healthy, that's Communist?
Do you actually know what Communism is?

Von,

I know this might not be a good Idea, BUT, your trying to get people to STOP and THINK. You know that doesn't go over well :nono: ...Lou
