Hoooeeee, I cant believe I was popular for the first time :wow: Guess not many people round this neck of the woods see too many 1919's

First time out with my first build and it was great, only two failures and those were just links that didnt eject far enough and stopped the bolt.

Shot the Tai belted that AIM had here are couple of months back and it worked just as good as the gun - awesomely

Had everybody looking at me the first two or three shots tho, the oil in the barrel and grease in the works made a huge smoke cloud; I got to shoot it, my youngest shot it and then I cycled anybody else that wanted to make it go bang, even a couple of guys that just came over to look. :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

I'm the bald, fatass that is trying to crouch down enough to see through the sights

This is my Youngest, my Jarhead in training (Delayed entry) giving it a go.

And in the end I had to give up after two hundred rounds or so, that thing gets heavy trying to hold the back end up to keep on target. I can't wait to see how much more fun it will be with a tripod and a crank :hail: :hail:

Oh God, "My name is Dan and I have a problem"

(dont ask about the stupid tubes, if you haven't had to use them you don't know the true meaning of suck)

Well I am 6'2" and 230 so I guess I qualify in one of the big categories :bounce:

As for the red hair, I did have red hair for most of my younger life, I got married when I was 21 and strangely enough thats also the year my hair went away. Still got the same wife tho.

Yep I will be picking up a bunch of add ons for these as soon as social security unasses my back pay, with every intention of supporting fellow board members. I have two more side plates so I figure I will end up with one standard on a M2 type pod, one with spades on a 1917 pod and a A6 type. That way I have most of the bases covered.

sounds cool bub,

wasnt worried about you not supporting board members, was just letting you know that we do have some really cool guys that wont RAPE you in this...

we get so many new members that have been taken for a ride by people!! hell it happened to me when first starting out toooo.

Lobo gave me a bunch of good advice in PM's about who the "good" guys were, so now its my way of passing that on to you.

I wharnt being rude or shitty, if thats what came across, sorry bout that.
I have a pretty sarcastic sense of humor and sometimes its accidentally leaks into my fingers when I type :whacko:

And thanks for tryin to keep me straight, I have a lot of grands and geezuz are there some crooks selling to that crowd so I do appreciate it.

After all I did meet one of the Wrong people all ready on the OTHER board, that handcrack "I'm a goonna gets my lawyer on ya because I patented the letters H and C and the mole on your wifes ass" asshole guy.

So just to make up for it, here is a video to show you how to make your own Glo Sticks from Mountain Dew, (really good excuse to drink shitloads of mountain dew :drinkN: )

that vid is freakin awesome. I used to take the glowsticks and cut them open - then pour them on leaves and rocks and shit around my campsite, kinda freaks my friends out cuz it looks like predator blood from the movie :coffee:

That's an attribute that GAINS points INHO... Besides, you kinda look a bit like me fron the backview (but a smidgen bigger) as I've got the same buzz-cut and am 6-1 and 205...

You just need some kind of table-top shooting pod like this->

Don't laugh - it *really* IS a base from one of my old kitchen chairs!

Slick, is that the bottom of an office chair under your 1919??????

Yes sir! It looked kinda familiar - didn't it?

Funny thing was that in replacing my dining room set - I noticed that a pintle socket looked the same size as the hole in the chair-base. All I had to do was grind out the seam (from the inside of the tube) and the pintle socket slid right in. So using an "Ironcreations" pintle socket + Rich's "econo-pintle" - I built this table-top "pod" for ~$80 and it swivels just as slick as my M2 (or any other pod I own)! I know I'm lovin' it!

Man now your going to have me looking at everybodys chairs to see which one would work better

It looks great, I may just steal your idea and give it a shot myself :whacko:

But a really nice looking rig you have there :50cal:

Please do... That's why we're all shootin' the shit here (exchange of ideas). If it helps - the main tube ID is 1 5/8th's inch diameter. I got the pintle socket from Jeff (Ironcreations) and the pintle is one of Rich's "econo-pintles" (that I think he may not make anymore.)

I actually *still* need to complete this "table-top quap-pod" by adding some swivel feet (that I'll stumble onto some happy day).

Ya know what I thought that was my club president out here in California Dan when I saw that picture... :coffee:
I don't know guys... Hey everyone has a hand in this site unlike some of the strong personalities we find on the other one... It's good to have disagreement... In a way... I think the other site is an example of what society is becoming disposable... If you don't like it... toss it... Wives, children, folks with different ideas and ideals... Thumbs up on Lobo he's a great guy... Talk about good folk that go over the top for ya...

Personally I'd like to see some way whacked out one off projects... Think I'm gonna try by boat mount thing that I've been thinking about... Better go get some welding wire I guess....

There are some crooks out there...
