hey guess what???

i found a great deal on these!!

DPH is running a sale on them without the sling swivel for $29 each..

got a couple and they seem to be perfect, the holes line up on the money with my old trunnion holes and will be easy to tap out for a screw build.

hope this helps if anyone else is going this route.

Have you thought about using an underfolder trunnion? I think that there is a guy over on theakforum that is about to start making underfolder trunnions, but I haven't heard a price yet. If it's going on a romy, then you'll have to weld up the holes on the receiver, and drill new ones though. Just an idea.

Okay since this is the only thread on the AK at the moment and its got a few folks attention... I've got a underfolder stock from a Chinese Parts set I bought a while back... Personally I don't like the underfolding stocks although they are very cool... Anyone got any ideas where I could either find a chinese pattern receiver or a rear trunion that will accept a wooden stock and get the furniture from...
